A much-needed three points were secured at Anfield on Saturday ahead of the October international break, relieving the pressure on manager Brendan Rodgers.
Adam Lallana and Jordan Henderson scored the goals against West Brom and were the two standout performers for Rodgers' side—they now head off for a week with Roy Hodgson as their reward. Hopefully they arrive back on Merseyside in good shape, ready to continue some momentum from the vital first win in four Premier League games.
