Chelsea continued their unbeaten start to the season throughout October, scoring 13 goals in the process. Despite suffering an injury crisis towards the end of the month, the Blues remain amongst the favourites to win every competition they are involved in this season, and Jose Mourinho managed to involve some fringe players in the side.
