With the San Francisco Giants' victory over the Kansas City Royals in the fateful, do-or-die seventh game, we now know the winning team, so the only thing left to do before tying a bow on the 2014 season is hand out some championship-related hardware to the individuals based on the best of the best in the Fall Classic that just wrapped.
