Cristiano Ronaldo scored a goal in Real Madrid's comfortable demolition of Liverpool at Anfield, and he left an impression on the city from start to finish.
It began when he walked out to the field—as you can see in the picture above, this mascot will never forget the moment he walked onto the turf with the Portugal forward.
And when Ronaldo came off at the end of the match, he was treated to applause from the Liverpool fans, who clearly recognised the quality of his performance:
