Welcome to another weekend full of live action here on Bleacher Report, where our focus on Saturday's early game will come from the Premier League and Anfield, where Liverpool host Chelsea.
The Reds come into the game after back-to-back defeats against Newcastle United and Real Madrid, sitting seventh in the league table; three points outside the top four. Having finished as runners-up last season, they will be targeting a much-improved run, starting against Chelsea.
The Blues themselves are top of the pile, four points clear of their nearest challengers after an unbeaten start to the season and an excellent recent run of form. Having only finished third last term, they strengthened well in key areas over the summer and are favourites for this season's title for a reason.
