The Indianapolis Colts are looking to maintain their two-game lead in the AFC South with a win in Week 13 against Washington.
At 7-4, the Colts appear to be well on their way to a third consecutive playoff appearance. However, the Houston Texans will have a chance to move closer to Indianapolis if the Colts come out and play like they did in the first half against the Jacksonville Jaguars last week.
For Washington, they're already out of the NFC East race, with the Philadelphia Eagles and Dallas Cowboys firmly controlling the division. Now, head coach Jay Gruden is just trying to add some more wins before the end of the season, and this week he'll be trying to do that with Colt McCoy under center rather than Robert Griffin III.
McCoy has played well in limited opportunities, completing 85.7 percent of his passes with nearly 10.2 yards per pass attempt, but it will be interesting to see how he plays against Greg Manusky's defense. Expect the Colts defensive coordinator to blitz early and often to try and rattle McCoy, but that could backfire if the 28-year-old remains composed in the pocket.
Be sure to check back here before kickoff (1 p.m. ET) for live updates throughout today's game for the Colts.
