Arsenal striker Yaya Sanogo is set to leave the club on loan in the January transfer window, with his likely destination a Premier League side, according to BBC Sport.
David Ornstein writes: "Arsenal are keen for the 6ft 4ins forward to get more game time and build confidence," continuing that "Sanogo is likely to be sent to another Premier League club rather than moving overseas."
Sanogo has struggled to make an impact at the Emirates Stadium since his free transfer from Auxerre in 2013, scoring just one goal in 19 appearances.
Nevertheless, Sanogo has impressed sporadically for the Gunners, particularly with his bullish holdup play.
The 21-year-old has plenty of time to rouse manager Arsene Wenger , and a loan move in January would suit all parties.
But which Premier League sides would benefit from loaning Sanogo in January?
Here are three tailor-made options, including a pair of London rivals.
