The Oklahoma Sooners and Clemson Tigers are set to square off in the Russell Athletic Bowl, which will be played in Orlando, Florida.
This will be a matchup of a high-powered offense against a stingy defense. The Sooners average 38.9 points per game while the Tigers are allowing only 17.6 points per contest. Oklahoma quarterback Trevor Knight, who has missed the last three games, will be ready to go for this one.
The Tigers will be without freshman quarterback Deshaun Watson, who recently underwent knee surgery. So it will be Cole Stoudt who gets the start, but the Clemson offense has been less efficient with him behind center. The senior has thrown six touchdowns compared to 10 interceptions, so turnovers could play a major role in this game.
