Expecting To See Thin Fitness Divas? You're In For An Eye-Opener.

Fitness should be about being healthy and strong. But judging by magazines, movies, and TV, you'd think healthy comes in only one body type.

This new fitness series isn't just about getting healthy. It's about proving that anybody can be strong and healthy, no matter where they're starting from.

I really like that this program is not only promoting health at every size, but it's changing the conversation around what body types are healthy.

So is it true? Can you be overweight and healthy? Well, according to new research, you absolutely can!

This video was produced by Body Exchange.
