John Legend, Sarah Silverman, Stephen Colbert and hundreds of other celebrities and entertainers have something to tell you this election day: #GoVote.
The entertainers are posting signs with the hashtag as well as a link to a polling place finder to their social media accounts Nov. 4 as part of a campaign to encourage people to vote in the midterms this year.
The campaign was launched by HeadCount, an organization that aims to increase civic participation, especially among young people. HeadCount Executive Director Andy Bernstein told Mashable the #GoVote campaign is all about fostering a sense of community around the voting process. Read more...
