Arizona Cardinals vs. Dallas Cowboys: Live Score and Analysis for Arizona

Welcome to Week 9 of the 2014 NFL season. Conference heavyweights square off in Big D this week, as the NFC West-leading Arizona Cardinals face the NFC East-leading Dallas Cowboys. We will have all the live analysis for you, so keep it locked right here throughout what should be a great game.

The status of Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo is uncertain for this game. He reportedly has two fractured transverse process in his lower back, according to Todd Archer of ESPN.com. Romo has been considered a game-time decision all week and remains such as of this morning.

The status of Cardinals quarterback Carson Palmer is not in question. He is fully healthy after missing three games earlier this year with nerve damage to his throwing shoulder. This season has been business as usual for Palmer, who has completed 61.0 percent of his passes for an average of 284.0 yards per game.

His eight touchdown passes in four games is not surprising, but the stat most people are shocked to read is that he has thrown just one interception in 154 pass attempts. He was second in the NFL in interceptions last season, hurling a career-high 22.

This is a big game on a big stage for the Cardinals. They currently have a two-game lead in the division, but Seattle is at home against the winless Raiders, while San Francisco hosts the NFC West cellar-dwelling Rams. Nothing is a given in the NFL, but you have to think both the Seahawks and 49ers will win their games with relative ease.

It won't be easy, but the Cardinals have to find a way to win this game.
