Within the next few weeks all of Europe's top clubs will have returned to training, with the World Cup forgotten and an eye on the new season.
In an ideal world, all those clubs will have their squads sorted by that point.
However, as we know, that is rarely the case.
Real Madrid are looking to add to a squad which won the Champions League last season, but so far they have yet to do any business.
There have been plenty of rumours, though, and surely, soon enough, they will become involved in the transfer market.
