Daniel Radcliffe is clearly no wizard with a razor


The actor stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live on Tuesday to shave off a stranger's luscious locks for no reason at all, because that's what famous people get to do. Unfortunately for the poor hair volunteer, there's no spell to get rid of that bad haircut.
