A spreadsheet containing 7,485 email addresses includes the emails of five high-profile Muslim-Americans, and reveals that the spying agency has wide latitude when targeting Americans under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, a law that allows the government to obtain warrants to monitor U.S. citizens.
