Reports on Friday night suggest that French striker Loic Remy is set to move from Premier League newcomers QPR to title contenders Liverpool in an £8.5 million deal.
Darren Lewis, of the Daily Mirror , wrote that "The Reds have moved for Remy as Swansea will not budge on [their valuation of Wilfried Bony]."
The 27-year-old reportedly has a "well-documented £8.5 million clause in his contract which applies only to clubs in the top four."
After an impressive loan spell with Newcastle United last season, Remy would represent a significant attacking signing for Brendan Rodgers and Liverpool, and he would bring a wealth of talent to Merseyside.
Here are the three key attributes that Remy would bring to Liverpool.
