Dale Earnhardt Jr. was able to come in ninth at the Brickyard 400 in Indianapolis on Sunday, and while he may have wanted to place higher, his mom gave him some encouragement.
The 39-year-old driver tweeted the following conversation with his mom on Twitter after the race. His mom compared him to his father while also not being afraid to criticize some of his cars with some choice words. Earnhardt, of course, said his cars are always good, tweeting the conversation with the comment, "I love my mom."
