The Cleveland Indians haven't had the best start to this season, but things are beginning to heat up after the team was able to complete the series sweep against the Colorado Rockies on Sunday.
With the game tied at 4-4 in the bottom of the ninth, Michael Bourn hit a deep two-run home run to right field to give the Indians the walk-off win. At 31 years old, that was actually Bourn's first career walk-off home run.
