In the main event, former multiweight world champion Robert Guerrero (31-2-1, 18 KO) returns to the ring for the first time since a lopsided defeat to Floyd Mayweather last May, taking on Yoshihiro Kamegai (24-1-1, 21 KO).
In the co-feature, undefeated prospect Gary Russell Jr. (24-0, 14 KO) battles former amateur standout and Olympic gold medalist Vasyl Lomachenko (1-1, 1 KO) for the vacant WBO Featherweight Championship.
And in the opening contest, former welterweight champion Devon Alexander (25-2, 14 KO) meets the rugged Jesus Soto Karass (28-9-3, 18 KO).
