Can the USA Still Attack Without Altidore?


The U.S. got the start they wanted in Brazil by pulling off a thrilling 2-1 victory over Ghana. However, those three points came at a cost, as striker Jozy Altidore is likely out for the remainder of the group stage with a hamstring injury.
