LONDON — Authorities in the U.S. have announced they will not be charging News Corp or 21st Century Fox in relation to phone hacking or payments to public officials
The US Department of Justice was investigating whether alleged payments to UK officials by Rupert Murdoch's News Corp, which is headquartered in New York, broke any U.S. anti-bribery laws.
