Louis van Gaal will be sweating on the fitness of Wilson after the 19-year-old hobbled off in the Under-21s encounter against Sunderland, per Jamie Jackson of The Guardian.

Despite his tender years, the academy graduate has been a regular fixture in the first team at Old Trafford this season, featuring 16 times and scoring two goals.
With United’s current forward options struggling to find form, there has been some clamour from Red Devils supporters to give Wilson a chance in the starting XI more often.
Van Gaal is striving to strike a balance with his players in attack at the moment, meaning high-profile figures like Wayne Rooney, Robin van Persie and Radamel Falcao are finding it tough to make a sustained impact in the team.
These perennial concerns combined with Wilson’s knock will come as something of a concern to the Dutch boss, especially when you consider the perilously difficult run of fixtures United have on the horizon. In their next eight games, the Red Devils will have to face Arsenal, Tottenham, Liverpool, Manchester City and Chelsea.
