Nearly 1 in 3 students report being bullied during the school year.
Holy crap, that's a lot. And that stat doesn't even come close to accounting for all the kids who are bullied but don't report it. It sounds cliché, but really, it gets better. Need some proof?

FACT CHECK TIME! The statistics here are from stopbullying.gov. Also, one note about the beginning of the video: The statistic that 160,000 kids miss school each day for fear of being bullied is widely criticized as being inaccurate and out of date. That being said, we couldn't find an updated statistic.
