He Wanted To Show His Students How To Wear A Condom, So He Used His Feet

I'm looking forward to the day when we can skip all this and teach kids actual biology. In Mississippi, this is how one teacher got around the rules.

In Mississippi, the sex education laws don't seem to be stacked in favor of the students.

The state passed a sex education law in 2011 that says schools that teach sex ed must teach "abstinence-plus" or "abstinence-only" to students. Abstinence education limits the teacher on giving detail about contraception.

Teens still have sex in Mississippi (and everywhere).

Yeah, for real. According to a study conducted by the Guttmacher Institute, about 55% of teens are sexually active by their 18th birthday.

So, why not teach them the tools they have at their disposal to keep them healthy and safe?

That's what one teacher from Mississippi did. He realized it was important to protect kids from disease and work around a silly law that could eventually harm them. Here's how he did it.
