The NFL offseason is often referred to as “silly season” because there is a lot of chatter coming from voices that may or may not know what they’re talking about. Misinformation is spewed at times to see what reaction will come out of it, and it can be hard to navigate what is real and what isn’t when sifting through NFL draft buzz.
One of the biggest offseason events that generates a lot of hot takes is the NFL combine. Coming off of the combine, it’s time to look at some of the most recent whispers across the league from credible writers. These tidbits can help give an idea of which direction teams are looking to go when the draft rolls around in late April.
