An Xbox One update arriving on consoles Monday will give users a cleaned up activity feed with commenting, liking and sharing akin to most modern social networks
Detailed by Xbox spokesperson Larry Hryb on his blog Monday morning, the Xbox One activity feed allows users to see more relevant status updates, such as uploaded video clips and achievements. They can also post short updates to their own feed, just like a tweet, and share friends' statuses with their friends and followers.
This new update also rolls out mobile download and payment options to the Xbox One, a feature Hryb said many players requested. Players can purchase games from their mobile phones or through the Xbox web interface, and have them download to their home console even if they are away.
