Justin Timberlake paused his usual playlist of "Suit and Tie" and "SexyBack" to sing "Happy Birthday" to an 8-year-old fan.

Marika Rosenthal Delan and her husband brought their son Julian, who lives with autism, to the packed August 11 show at San Jose's SAP Center stadium to celebrate Julian's birthday

Marika wrote in a blog post that she worried about bringing the boy because she thought he might be too young for the crowd, and that his behavior might disrupt the other show-goers' experience
