Chelsea Football Club have officially announced a two-year loan deal that will send embattled striker Fernando Torres to the San Siro.


The Spaniard lit the EPL on fire while at Liverpool and in the early Chelsea days, however poor recent performances and the signing of Diego Costa have made him expendable.
