LONDON — A U.S. judge has ordered that claims by a woman who said she was forced to have sex with Britain's Prince Andrew when she was 17 years old be removed from the court's record.
The Duke of York, who is fifth in line to the British throne, was named in court documents in December 2014 by a woman identified as Jane Doe #3 alleging she was forced by former financier Jeffrey Epstein to have sex with the Duke three times.
Prince Andrew and Buckingham Palace had strongly denied the claims made in the court documents, commenting in January that the "suggestion of impropriety with underage minors is categorically untrue." Read more...
