After weathering a national firestorm over its controversial 'religious freedom' law, Indiana is looking to rebuild its tarnished reputation in the eyes of the rest of the world.


Hampered by weeks of bad press, the state announced on Monday that it had enlisted global public relations giant Porter Novelli to ramp up its efforts to rebrand Indiana, with millions of dollars potentially at stake



Indiana became ground zero of a far-reaching culture war last month when Gov. Mike Pence signed the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, a law that many feared would open the door for businesses to turn away gay and lesbian customers. Read more...
