There was never much doubt that the jury would convict Dzhokhar Tsarnaev of many crimes in the Boston Marathon bombing trial. The question was how many, which ones, and how that might affect his sentence.
After a little over 11 hours of deliberation, the jury found Tsarnaev guilty Wednesday on at least 10 counts, out of the 30 crimes with which he was charged. The jury is still announcing its verdicts on the other counts.
Next the trial will enter what's known as the penalty phase, where jurors will decide if Tsarnaev deserves to die for his crimes.
