5 things to know about the TV election debate David Cameron is skipping

LONDON — It's the last time leaders from five of the major parties will go head to head on live television before the UK general election next month


Thursday night's debate is the latest in a series negotiated between the UK broadcasters and the party leaders. It's hosted by the BBC.



There will be two noticeable absences — Prime Minister David Cameron and Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg
