Kathy Griffin is officially on duty at Fashion Police

E! made her appointment as host of the red carpet clothing critique show official Monday following months of rumors and nearly three months after the death of original host Joan Rivers.

Rivers' former co-stars Kelly Osbourne and Giuliana Rancic are set to return to their posts for 17 episodes of the show that will air throughout 2015, joined by new addition Brad Goreski, a celebrity stylist and TV personality
