Police in Ireland are hunting a gang that made off with a haul of Jameson, Jack Daniels and gin bound for the Christmas market in a heist that happened in broad daylight.
Police made an appeal Monday to the public asking them for help to track down the daylight robbers who raided a warehouse in an industrial complex on the outskirts of Dublin.
2,580 cases of Jameson, each holding six bottles, an undisclosed number of cases of Bombay Sapphire Gin and a similarly undisclosed number of cases of Jack Daniels made up the total heist, which police said happened last month. Read more...
