The Duck Dynasty dad is at it again.

Phil Robertson, the controversial star of the A&E reality show Duck Dynasty, was appearing on Fox News's Hannity on Tuesday night to promote his new book when he said that America either had to convert the radical Islamic State militants in Syria and Iraq, or kill them.
