In the main event, "Showtime" Shawn Porter defends his IBF Welterweight Championship against undefeated No. 1 contender Kell Brook.
Porter (24-0-1, 15 KO) has taken the 147-pound division by storm of late. He dominated Devon Alexander to win a share of the welterweight crown last December and blitzed through the normally durable Paulie Malignaggi in March. The 26-year-old is one of the hottest young talents in boxing, and he'll look to continue growing his star with a big performance on Saturday.
Brook (32-0, 22 KO) is a British sensation who has seen several big opportunities elude him in recent years. Through a combination of injuries, a welterweight title showdown with Alexander was ultimately scrubbed—Porter took the fight and the belt—and the undefeated fighter from Sheffield is eager to make the best of his big chance.
In the co-feature, Sakio Bika (32-5-3, 21 KO) defends his WBC Super Middleweight Championship in a rematch against unbeaten challenger Anthony Dirrell (26-0-1, 22 KO). The two men fought to a draw at the Barclays Center in December.
In the opening contest, unbeaten banger Omar Figueroa (23-0-1, 17 KO) defends the WBC Lightweight Championship against Daniel Estrada (32-2-1, 24 KO).
