It's Week 2 of the preseason, and the New York Giants (2-0) are visiting the Indianapolis Colts (0-1) this evening.
These two teams met in the preseason last year, also in Week 2, with the Colts emerging victorious by a score of 20-12. It's not so much the final result, however, as how the teams get there when it comes to preseason football. The coaching staffs of both teams will be more interested in player evaluation than racking up points and punishing the opponent.
The Giants beat the Pittsburgh Steelers, 20-16, last week, completing a fourth-quarter comeback to secure the win. The Colts, on the other hand, watched a fourth-quarter field goal decide their 13-10 loss to the Jets in their preseason-opener.
