Motorola Sends Out Launch Event Invites, Probably for Moto 360

Motorola will be holding a launch event — presumably for its Moto 360 smartwatch — early next month.

Motorola sent out press invites teasing a "Moto Launch Experience" that will be held in Chicago on Sept. 4. Of all the Android Wear devices shown off at Google I/O, the Moto 360 is the device that has the most buzz, thanks to its sleek design and circular screen.

The invitation website offered additional clues to what Motorola will announce at its event. An animated graphic shows off a watch, phones labeled "X" and "G" and an in-ear accessory.
