Activists from Anonymous have issued a call for nationwide protests in a "day of rage" this Thursday, a week after a similar appeal from the group drew thousands of people to the streets of New York and other cities in support of demonstrators in Ferguson, Missouri.
The announcement (which you can watch above) was released early Tuesday morning following another night of smoke bombs, tear gas and at least 31 arrests in Ferguson.
"We call upon the citizens of the United States to collectively gather in support for those who are suffering in Ferguson," a robotic voice says in the YouTube video as music, which can only be described as epic, plays over footage of Ferguson protesters. Read more...
