Well, those were the longest 8 seconds of many Patriots fans' lives.

Tom Brady uploaded a video to Facebook on Saturday in which he jumps off the top of a waterfall and plunges down in slow motion (with dramatic background music for effect, of course).

The Patriots quarterback has posted several other videos from vacation with his family, including an adorable one where his kids bury him in the sand.
