LOS ANGELES — Look out, Avengers: Here comes the Spider-Man.

A deal to put Spider-Man back in the Marvel universe — where, let's face it, he belongs — has been struck between Sony Pictures Entertainment and Marvel/Disney. And to some degree, vice-versa.

Under the pact, an all-new Spider-Man will appear in an as-of-yet undisclosed Disney/Marvel film.
