Photographers brave the cold for a love-themed #MashMeet

When it comes to a good photo op, nothing will stop Instagrammers from getting the best shot — not even sub-freezing temperatures.

Last weekend, a group of photographers gathered in Jersey City for our winter season #MashMeet. Despite the harsh weather and a river separating Liberty State Park from Manhattan, we had an amazing turnout of more than 100 people

We spent the better half of the afternoon roaming the white wonderland, taking photos against a beautiful backdrop of the New York City skyline and the Statue of Liberty. Yuxi Liu of @createnyc flew by in a Wings Air Helicopter and took some aerial shots of the group in action. Read more...
