Exactly one year since her late boyfriend and Glee cast mate Cory Monteith fatally overdosed on a mix of heroin and alcohol in a Vancouver hotel, Lea Michele marked the anniversary of his death on Sunday with an emotional tweet to her 4.4 million followers

The tweet, which ended with a heart emoji (that doesn't appear in the embed, below), is accompanied by a photo of Monteith holding Michele in his arms
