Animals are the part of our Nature and we, humans with our architecture are destroying slowly their home. They are becoming so endangered and their homes are being moved further away. The roads are one of the deadliest threats to them. For that, there are some architects that though of to build amazing bridges like overpasses or underpasses to help animals cross the roads safely. These animals crossings were first invented in France, during 1950s, and slowly accepted by other countries.
These amazing bridges are just small contribution of us, humans, to the animal world to keep them safe. There are countless number of road accidents caused by animals that were passing the roads. There are not only animal casualties but in most of those accidents people gets hurt too. With building these overpasses or sometimes underpasses, some of those problems are being fixed.
