Russian subway riders shove train to save trapped woman, one person claps

Dozens of commuters worked to free a woman stuck between a train car and a Moscow metro platform on Saturday, according to video posted by a Russian news outlet.

"Passengers literally rocked the train car to rescue a 70-year-old pensioner, whose leg was stuck between the car and platform," Lifenews reported, adding that it took 15 seconds to free her and she was taken to a hospital with a leg injury.

The crowdsourced rescue reminded us of a similar incident in Perth, Australia, last year.
