A packed Saturday schedule of Premier League football concludes at Stamford Bridge, as league leaders Chelsea host Stoke City.
It was a fiery encounter last time the two teams met—a 2-0 win for the Blues just before Christmas—and it will doubtless be a similarly physical encounter this time around, with Jose Mourinho's side hoping to kick their title chase into a higher gear with an important home win.
Recent results have not been up to usual standards for the Blues, and while they still have breathing room at the top of the table, they will realise that avoiding further slip-ups over the next few weeks will make the final throes of the season far less fraught.
Stoke are one of the few sides in the table with very little to play for—comfortably clear of the relegation zone, they cannot force their way into the battle for European places—but Mark Hughes' side have never been one to roll over against any opponent.
