For those who think that offensive linemen are incapable of having six-packs, think again.
Tennessee Titans guard Chance Warmack proved that just because a lineman is big doesn't mean that he isn't also ripped. In fact, he's gotten in better shape as he's put on more pounds.
Warmack posted a side-by-side picture of himself that shows how his body has changed over the years. The picture on the right shows him as a 330-pound lineman for the Alabama Crimson Tide. On the left, he is now a 345-pound Titans guard—with a six-pack.
This just goes to show that a lineman's weight can be deceiving.
