Even Solange would get a kick out of John Mayer's Beyoncé cover.
Mayer has released a bare-bones version of Beyoncé's hit song "XO" on Soundcloud. The singer-songwriter first performed the cover live during the Australian leg of his tour.
The catchy song may help smooth over fan complaints that peaked this week when Jay Z's Made in America festival announced that Mayer and Imagine Dragons would headline the West Coast date. The East Coast shows will feature Kanye West and Kings of Leon as headliners.
