This Summer Visit the City of Zadar

If you have never been in Zadar, now is a good time to visit this place. Zadar is located in the middle of the Croatian coast, surrounded by incredible natural idyll. Zadar archipelago consists of 24 larger and around 300 smaller islands and rocks. This place is the administrative, cultural and political center of northern Dalmatia, where in the summer are held various events. The fusion of rich history and all beauties required from every modern tourist is reason enough to visit this city.

The possibilities of health tourism and the unique gastronomy provide a good basis for year-round tourism, or tourism, which brings guests to a destination that is always interesting and offers something special, no matter what season is about.

The specialty of the city is irresistible for those who respect historical monuments and cultural heritage, artists, tourists and its citizens. Zadar is a city in which a walk along the stone streets of the city will become a walk through history, but also is experience of modern life. As a monument to the city surrounded by walls, Zadar is a real treasury of archaeological monuments of ancient, medieval and Renaissance periods as well as many contemporary architectural achievements. Sea organs are unique and must be visited. You can enjoy the sounds they make, thanks to waves and tides.

The stairs are divided into seven sections and there are 35 pipes of different length, diameter and tilts. More surprising is that the air accelerates pipes and produces sounds which coming out in space walks. Due to infinite number of combinations of tide, the size, strength and direction of the waves, organs produce a fantastic combination of tones. The city of Zadar is easily accessible by land, sea or air transport. It has excellent transport infrastructure through which is directly connected to other bigger Croatian cities.
