Parallel parking isn't easy for for everyone. And for some people, even plain old parking is difficult.
Anonymous tipsters (who have yet to grasp the concept of filming videos horizontally) filmed 77-year-old U.S. Rep. Eleanor Holmes Norton trying to park her car in Washington, D.C., on Wednesday
"If she parks like that, she should not be a member of Congress anymore," you can hear someone saying in the video
