These tourists are why we can't have nice things

Who takes off their clothes at sacred temples, attaches padlocks to world heritage sites and carves names into historic artifacts?


Tourists, of course. And only a few need misbehave for all to get an ugly reputation.



Two American women, ages 21 and 25, were arrested in Rome on Saturday after allegedly carving their initials into the walls of the Colosseum — and took a selfie.
